- Align with cross-functional stakeholders on best practices related to APIs, security, compliance, reliability, and product roadmaps.
- Influence and guide the technical direction of software features and architecture.
- Design and build scalable, reliable, and maintainable APIs capable of handling high-volume transactions.

- A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, etc.).
- 8+ years of experience in software development (strong candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply).
- 3+ years of experience in Java (other general-purpose programming languages are also welcome).
- Expertise in system design and performance tuning for scalability and reliability.
- Strong skills in database and schema design for large-scale and financial systems.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture or message queue systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Background in enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to live and work in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with proven hands-on development experience.
