
HRL] Senior Training Executive

- Manage your own responsibilities and those of the L&D Team;
- Support the L&D Manager, as required;
- To identify training needs and define schedules as well as implementation methods;
- To take high responsibility for training topics assigned and assure professional service is delivered;
- To work with requesting managers to find suitable trainers/vendors with effective content and training methods;
- To work collaboratively with different business areas (German, India, Singapore, Japan…) and drive learning & development forward according to business needs;
- To be involved in training activities including LNA, program design, course delivery, course evaluation
- To continually improve and update the processes of training and development strategies;
- To manage and liaise directly with external training service providers/vendors;
- To understand, manage and propose the training effectiveness measure;
- To manage training budget and improve quality process;
- To provide comprehensive reports on all training activities;
- To actively participate in ad-hoc Learning & Development projects across the organization
- BA degree preferred, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in training related, IT industry experience will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver over 100 training topics annually.
- Experienced in designing and implementing long-term training programs such as development and qualification programs.
- Skilled in developing and defining competency frameworks.
- Ability to lead and motivate, handle multiple tasks effectively and analyze data
- Preferred experience in training needs assessment, course design, course delivery or course evaluation
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Vietnamese, be able to work at all levels, well organized and detail oriented;
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent attitude, can work under high pressure, be able to prioritize workload with good time management;
- Good negotiation and conflict management skills, pro-activeness, service-excellent mind set and positive thinking;
- Confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate;
