- Endpoint Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of global Windows and macOS endpoints, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance.
- Design and maintain golden images and automated provisioning workflows for both Windows and Mac platforms using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, or JAMF.
- Patch Management:
- Lead global patching strategies for operating systems and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with regional teams and service providers to ensure timely deployment, testing, and reporting of security and feature updates.
- Security Integration:
- Implement and maintain endpoint security configurations in collaboration with the security team.
- Support deployment and configuration of endpoint protection tools such as Palo Alto Cortex XDR, BeyondTrust Privilege Management, and others.
- Monitoring & Compliance:
- Track endpoint compliance using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure alignment with corporate security and compliance policies (SOX, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Partner with global IT operations, service desk, and security teams to support incident resolution, service improvements, and policy enforcement.
- Contribute to the development of endpoint roadmaps, standards, and documentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, supporting Windows and macOS devices in a global enterprise.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Intune, JAMF, or other leading UEM tools.
- Hands-on experience managing and integrating endpoint security tools (e.g., Palo Alto Cortex, BeyondTrust).
- Demonstrated experience in leading global patching, imaging, and compliance efforts.
- Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.
- Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- JAMF Certified Admin (or similar Mac management cert)
- Palo Alto Networks Certification (e.g., PCCET, PCNSE)
- ITIL Foundation or similar framework knowledge
