- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with a background in international real estate.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A portfolio of successful real estate transactions is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in cold calling and engaging potential clients.
- Ability to conduct effective prospect meetings and presentations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Experience leveraging online platforms and social media for business promotion.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong asset.
