Sales and Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the international real estate market.
  • Utilize effective sales tactics, including cold calling, to generate leads and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct prospect meetings to understand client needs, present property options, and address inquiries.
Digital Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Leverage online platforms and social media to promote real estate offerings and enhance brand visibility.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market analysis.
Communication and Relationship Management:
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our real estate offerings to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including contracts and agreements.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Customer Service:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with a background in international real estate.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A portfolio of successful real estate transactions is a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and engaging potential clients.
  • Ability to conduct effective prospect meetings and presentations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Experience leveraging online platforms and social media for business promotion.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
