- Process transactions for customers including but not limited to cashier, deposits, withdrawals, remittance, card/loan payments, opening and closing of accounts/card, e-banking service.
- Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services to capitalize on the business referral opportunities
- Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests
- Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile
- Serve customers by managing documents, information, and financial transactions in an organized, efficient, and secure manner
- Meet and exceed bank service standards, greeting and acknowledging each customer to make them feel welcome, while complying with bank procedures and security protocols
- Work with other customer service officers as a team to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being, and supporting management as needed
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, speaking Korean is advantage
- Good sense of numbers and computer skills
- Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork
- Skills for upselling and recommending products
- High self-motivated and committed
