1/ Develop a Private Client portfolio
  • Identify, target and expand potential clients, including high-net-worth individuals, luxury retailers, and exclusive venues.
  • Build, manage & expand the VIC networks & database to support the building of customer segmentation, understanding the different touchpoints, & develop plans and programs for the targeted segment.
  • Build strong relationships with private customers and develop brand preference for PR Prestige products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues
  • Expand ‘Le Cercle’ & set up membership program / CRM in collecting “Personally Identifiable Information” on VIC to build a database and improve the management of the VIC – in line with applicable regulations governing personal data management.
2/ Drive Sales of the Prestige & Luxury portfolio
  • Achieve the Sales objective for the D2VIP sales & also support the delivery of the CP Prestige value targets
  • Collaborate with the internal functions to ensure sufficient support for CP to grow and deliver business performance
  • Monthly evaluate inventory and sell-in/sell-out reports from CP to optimize stock weights and influence proper inventory management.
  • Assess market opportunities and identify any new opportunities for portfolio addition/ innovation with support of Prestige TM
3/ Drive or Support brand experiences creation and cross partnership with Luxury brands
  • In collaboration with marketing & trade marketing teams, develop tailor made consumer promotion programs to push VIP sales.
  • Support the organization of VIP events for CP private customers
  • Develop strong partnerships with relevant external stakeholders that will enable acquisition and retention of HNW customers.
  • Engage identified relevant luxury companies to build cross collaboration events and database acquisition / swapping.
  • Represent our brand at prestige events and networking functions to promote our prestige products
4/ Back-office intelligence
  • Lead annual sales target in coordination with CP
  • Close coordination with the finance team on managing budgets – A&P & T&E
  • Manage and monitor daily sales report from CP and other relevant information to initiate and/or adjust the activation plans to interact with the customers and achieve sales target
  • Integrate the PR Luxury network and “copy with pride” the best practices from other markets
  • Monthly & Quarterly review to present client under prospection, closed deals and align next period activities
