- Implement sales strategies for the new medical food business, managing all sales channels (D2C platform, direct pharmacy sales, hospital bids, and outreach to patients and caregivers) to meet sales goals;
- Find and cultivate new customers, while maintaining relationships with existing ones (hospitals, pharmacies), and engaging potential customers;
- Provide consistent support and service to meet sales targets;
- Manage after-sales services, including gathering and analyzing feedback from consumers/healthcare professionals to improve service quality, application, storage, delivery, and handle consumer inquiries and returns;
- Implement marketing and communication strategies in line with company guidelines for the medical food business;
- Collaborate with other departments (procurement, logistics, technology, legal) for smooth business operations;
- Generate regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) on the medical food business.
- Offer communication and group consultation to patients, families, and caregivers via various channels (hotline, email, webinar, etc.);
- Manage and develop communication channels (Facebook Group, D2C platform…) to share information, advice, and updates about medical food with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Perform other relevant tasks related to the medical food business as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical or related majors;
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role for the field of medical food;
- Good command of English (4 skills);
- Good communication, negotiation, organizational skills.
