- Handle pick ticket, packing, and send reports to customers.
- Track booking releases and update outbound plans.
- Process outbound documentation via Mbolkey.
- Verify PO/ASN and coordinate with related parties.
- Plan warehouse capacity and customer bookings.
- Confirm CI/PL with factory and broker, manage documentation.
- Reconcile stock between WMS and customs.
- Report container issues and send NC reports if needed.
- Collect and store operational documents.
- Report and resolve system/data issues.
- Provide data for KPI and billing reports.
- Maintain issue tracking list.
- Respond to customer feedback with supervisor support.
- Check received stock and resolve missing data.
- Perform warehouse cycle counts.
- Follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Support other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Certification: Preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse accounting, general accounting, or import/export.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented and strong in data processing.
- Good English communication skills.
