Procurement & Admin Associate

• Pay: 13,000,000₫ - 18,000,000₫ per month

• Provide general office and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Responsible for accurate data entry, including updating Invoice & Delivery Order (DO) numbers upon receipt from suppliers.
• Assist in creating Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders.
• Coordinate and monitor both import and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
• Assist in delivery arrangements to project sites or clients.
• Check and verify part numbers and quantities during goods receiving.
• Liaise and coordinate with Store, Service, and Project departments to support ongoing operations.
• Report to the immediate superior and provide regular status updates.
• Manage inventory of office supplies, including stationery and pantry items, and replenish as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams within the APAC region.

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English.
• Bonus if able to read and write in Korean and Japanese.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in logistics, procurement, or cross-border coordination is an added advantage.
