- Collect/input information to prepare harmonized projections variance report on a regular basis
- Collect/Input information to prepare vendor capacity report
- Support Senior on order distribution base on allocation frameworks across vendors and mills
- Work with vendors and mills in ensuring all inquiries are supported within committed timeframe
- Stay close with calendar revisions and ensure the vendors are well aware of the changes
- Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology / Merchandising / Management or similar discipline
- 3+ years' experience in the apparel industry, including 3 years in Production and/or Capacity Planning
- Well organized, analytical, sharp attention to detail, advanced communication skills and be able to work independently and under pressure
- Should be skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing work.
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel
- Excellent command in English (Both spoken & written)
- A good team player with a positive attitude and proactive outlook with drive towards excellence
- Experience in Fast React or a similar planning system will be an added advantage.
