Daily Operations:▪ Track and update daily KPIs (inbound, outbound, space utilization) for both warehouses.▪ Monitor transportation KPIs and report risks of delay to Bosch Logistics.▪ Investigate KPI failures and ensure timely root cause analysis and corrective actions.▪ Organize and lead weekly KPI review meetings with logistics service providers (LSPs).▪ Troubleshoot and resolve SAP/EWM and IT infrastructure issues on-site.2. Monthly Tasks:▪ Process and record warehouse billing and cost data.▪ Submit monthly service completion reports with invoices.3. Operational Improvements:▪ Conduct weekly 6S evaluations and quarterly Gemba Walks.▪ Identify and address non-compliance with Warehouse Maturity Standards (WhMS).▪ Collaborate with LSPs to implement improvement actions.4. Incident Management:▪ Handle and report warehouse and transport incidents.▪ Execute solutions and maintain issue logs for review.5. Project & Ad Hoc Support:▪ Assist with data collection, time studies, and other project-related tasks as requested.
