Job Posting End Date:Worker Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term)Workplace Engineer, ApplicationAbout the JobResponsible for the operational support of Desktop, Software Packaging and Release within Workplace, Performance & Quality, Capacity & Continuity, Issue & Risk Management.Main ResponsibilitiesEssential capabilitiesLiaise with the stakeholders to ensure requirements are gathered and expectations are set. i.e. technical requirements, complexity and timeframes, etc.Package applications/software utilizing the corporate preferred and licensed toolsetCreate and maintain documentation and conforming to standards (NAB & external)Liaising with the wider resolver groups. i.e. SCCM, SOE, Service Desk, Desktop Support, etcPeer Reviews/Quality Assurance checkpoints and sign offs amongst the teamAim for a Zero-defect packagePlan, schedule and coordinate releases following the standard lifecycle (dev, uat, test, pilot, prod)Close working relationship with software release coordinatorsEnsure compatibility across the environment, not limited to BOE/SOEForesight on upcoming security releases and version upliftsAdhere to change management standardsMaintain necessary skills to keep up to technology trends and changes * Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.Technical Skills2-5 year’s support / administering medium to large-scale Windows desktop (physical and virtual) environmentsProven work experience as a Software/Application Packager2 years’ experience delivering workplace services in an enterprise environment.Experience (2+ years) experience delivering service in an enterprise ITIL environmentSOFT SKILLSAbility to work part of a team or autonomouslyRelevant industry certifications desirable.Strong business communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to remain flexible to deliver business outcomesTertiary qualification in a Technology discipline or related fieldProven experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and 3rd parties to deliver successful outcomes in a time sensitive environmentTHE BENEFITS AND PERKSWe appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day – from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
