- Find as many suitable store locations as possible, negotiate the lowest possible rents with favorable rental contracts, and manage the Construction Manager and Site Finders efficiently.
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Develop detailed project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation, and critical milestones, and monitor progress against established timelines.
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management, and workforce allocation, to ensure effective execution.
- Monitor project budgets, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with landlords negotiate the Lease terms, and with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements, and provide regular updates.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts during construction, implementing appropriate solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, construction technologies, and licensing practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Foster a positive work environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to the team and encouraging productivity.
- 5+ years of experience in site development/expansion, and project management with a track record of successfully delivering projects for store chains/F&B chains/retail chains.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, licensing, construction permits, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse project team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively address challenges and make sound judgments.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Good command of English.
