Position : HR ManagerWorking place : Nhon Tranh III, Dong Nai (Shuttle Bus provided)Report to : General Director (Chinese)Working time : Monday to Saturday (8 AM - 5 PM), 2 Saturdays/monthCompany overview: Specializing in manufacturing power conversion products, battery chargers, electrical equipment for automobiles and transportation vehicles, portable electric chargers, lighting devices, brushless motors for lighting, electric bicycles, and automotive accessories.Main ResponsibilitiesDeveloping the Human Resource System & Development Plan:
  • Develop strategies and plans for human resource development in accordance with the company's requirements and aligned with its strategic direction and development goals.
  • Build the company's organizational structure and complete the roles and responsibilities of each department, as well as scientifically describe job positions. • Develop systems of policies, regulations, procedures, and internal rules related to human resource management activities within the company. Developing Policies and Evaluation Systems: • Establish a KPI system to evaluate individual employee performance. • Monitor workload and assess the level of task completion by employees. • Propose solutions to improve work performance. • Corporate Culture Development: • Communicate corporate culture to employees. • Develop programs to promote corporate culture. Other Duties: • Monitor and handle tasks related to personnel records, develop programs, procedures, and forms for personnel management. • Support employees throughout their working process, ensuring timely resolution of personnel related needs. • Resolve complaints and labour disputes arising during work and fairly handle disciplinary issues according to regulations. Technical and Experienced Requirements • University degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. • Proficient in Chinese and/or English communication
