Job Responsibilities
1) Business Operations Management: - Oversee all sales and operational activities of the branch, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Continuously monitor business performance, improve operational efficiency, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability. 2) Strategic Planning & Market Development (GT & MT Channels): - Develop and lead long-term sales strategies for both GT & MT channels. - Identify growth opportunities and execute market expansion plans to drive revenue and increase market share. - Establish, expand, and optimize the distribution network, particularly in the Southern region. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. 3) Sales Team Leadership: - Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team. - Set clear performance targets, provide ongoing coaching, and evaluate performance to ensure individual and team success. - Foster a results-driven, customer-focused sales culture. 4) Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and effective alignment across the organization. 5) Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term business success and customer satisfaction. 6) Reporting & Forecasting: - Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to the executive team, supporting data-driven decision-making.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the role of Area Sales Manager, responsible for overseeing sales operations across both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels, with a primary focus on the Southern region, preferably within the food manufacturing industry. ・Proven experience in establishing and developing GT distributor networks across various provinces in the Southern area - essential as the company plans to rapidly build a new GT sales distribution network. ・Strong sales team management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and ensure execution of sales strategies effectively.
