Project R&D Manager

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects

• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications

• Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project team and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

• Providing project reports and updates on timely basis

• Provide suggestions and technical improvements to meet customer requires and to stay within project budget

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication in English.

• Manage customer relationships and handle project management from initiation to completion.

• Collaborate with the operations and production teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.

• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to provide customers with feasible solutions.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business cases to potential and existing customers.

• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, engineering, and production teams to deliver high-quality plastic manufacturing solutions.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth/improvement opportunities.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, project status, and revenue forecasts when required.

• Leading team to perform approval process for quality and performance of new injection mold

Manpower
