You’ll be given the opportunity to prove yourself, as well as challenging work that develops your abilities.On career development, there are wide range of roles in Maersk and Maersk has a very good career mobility program that establishes a culture of priority consideration to internal candidates and to encourage employees to take responsibility for managing their careers whether to move laterally or vertically.Key Responsibilities:Operation handling:Attend to export- or import-specific processes as assigned in the team:Export-specific processesComplete booking process, complying with SLAs and global process designConduct Vessel reconciliation and manifest process as per process designFacilitate completion of documentation and invoicing process.Support with proactive activities that facilitate documentation and cargo releaseWork in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract termsImport-specific processesComplete import process, complying with SLAs and global process design.Execute pre-arrival and import manifest process.Facilitate completion of documentation process, closing of open export tasks.Support with proactive activities that facilitate smooth cargo readiness and delivery order to ensure high levels of customer experience and avoid additional costs.Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms.Other ResponsibilitiesResolve daily issues and adhoc cases, escalate where needed.Propose solution and options to customers, support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders.Qualification/s:Graduated from relevant majors in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or Language (Thai, Khmer, Burmese,..) major.1 year of working experience in SCM/OCE freight industry.Minimum 6 months internship experience in Logistics and Shipping industry.Influent Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...)Influent English, both in speaking and writing. Thai, Khmer language knowledge is a plus.Strong communication both in writing and speakingPassion in working with process and customers, with a careful sense.Strong customer centricity mindset.Proactive and quick learning, strong mind of improvement.Team player, can coordinate with team mate for common goals.Power BI, automation application understanding is a plus.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
