ACG_2853_JOBOur client is a leading textile and garments company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Serve as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams (merchandising, QA, fabric) to address product quality matters.Provide technical advice and recommend corrective actions on technical issues.Review and evaluate samples — including proto, counter, and size sets — focusing on measurements, workmanship, and garment fit.Conduct market-based final approvals on behalf of clients when required.Personally manage critical customer concerns and serve as the go-to person for technical resolution, internally and externally.Fully understand the customer’s setup processes and quality standards.Make periodic visits to factories and vendor sites if needed.Support other duties as assigned by management.RequirementsDegree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related discipline.At least 5 years of experience in the apparel or garment industry.Solid background working with flat knitwear products (e.g., sweaters, cardigans).Well-versed in garment quality standards and control systems.Deep knowledge of fabric, textiles, and end-to-end manufacturing.Skilled in reading CAD patterns or drafting paper patterns.Sewing expertise is an added advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Eager to learn and adapt quickly.Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.Proficient in English, both spoken and written.Contact: Giau NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
