Job Responsibilities
As a logistics staff member, you will be responsible for supporting sales and senior logistics staff. Main Duties: - Preparation of VNACCS declarations - Import and export arrangements (AIR/SEA/TRUCK/CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, etc.) - Document making and confirmation (INVOICE/PACKING LIST/DEBIT NOTE/VAT INVOICE, etc.) - Customer service and communication with Japan - Assistance (Reporting and communication: translating and explaining import/export procedures, new laws, etc.) - Reporting Sub-tasks: * Assignments will be determined based on your experience and preferences. - Accompanying business trips (visiting new and existing companies, when Vietnamese staff are needed, etc.) - Accompanying Japanese managers on site inspections for equipment projects and holding staff meetings (irregular) - Customs procedures * Basically handled by sales representatives, but please assist when they are unavailable. Specifically, visiting Vinh Phuc Customs and submitting application forms (approximately once a month).Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Conversational Level (certificate not required - for internal use: verbal report, documents, and communication) ・Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in logistics and import/export business (Any industry), and using V-NACCS
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experience at a logistics company ・English Business level ・Japanese skills ・Working experience in Japanese companies or study experience in Japan.
