Job PurposeOversee all employee support services and facilities management within the agreed contract scope, ensuring smooth operations, service quality, cost optimization, and full compliance with safety and legal requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations Management
  • Manage cleaning, landscaping, pest control, shuttle transport, storage, space allocation, hotline, document control, and employee service projects.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operating and maintenance procedures in line with service standards.
  • Track and achieve KPIs and SLAs as defined in the contract.
People & Vendor Management
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team performance.
  • Supervise vendors, resolve issues, and adjust service delivery as needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
Budget & Reporting
  • Prepare and control budgets, propose annual cost-saving initiatives.
  • Produce reports, analyze data, and present improvement proposals.
Risk & Safety Management
  • Anticipate risks, create contingency plans to avoid service disruptions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work areas and equipment; ensure certifications are valid.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
  • Promote and enforce occupational health and safety awareness.
QualificationsMinimum 6 years' experience in facilities or employee services management.Proven leadership and team management experience in fast-changing environments.Strong vendor management and problem-solving skills.Fluent in Vietnamese and English (verbal, written, presentation).Knowledge of legal and industry standards for workplace safety.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
