- Manage cleaning, landscaping, pest control, shuttle transport, storage, space allocation, hotline, document control, and employee service projects.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operating and maintenance procedures in line with service standards.
- Track and achieve KPIs and SLAs as defined in the contract.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team performance.
- Supervise vendors, resolve issues, and adjust service delivery as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
- Prepare and control budgets, propose annual cost-saving initiatives.
- Produce reports, analyze data, and present improvement proposals.
- Anticipate risks, create contingency plans to avoid service disruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas and equipment; ensure certifications are valid.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Promote and enforce occupational health and safety awareness.
