Legal Project Team Leader

• Manage legal matters for the Company and clients, including drafting/reviewing contracts, documents, and product registration dossiers.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, and business-related issues to the Board of Directors and departments.
• Conduct legal research, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and handle licensing procedures.
• Advise and support M&A transactions: strategy consulting, due diligence, drafting & negotiating agreements.
• Oversee post-M&A restructuring and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of investment law, corporate law, land, and construction regulations.
• Experience working with foreign investors; M&A advisory experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills; able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to high-quality work.
