- This position plays very important role on tender at SOH/hospital level on implementing tender business, handling all tender factors: tender package (branded/generic), tender list, planned price, quota, milestones… as well as handling situations of tender/ issue in using drug in tender, providing tactic on tender field in assigned areas which aligned with relevant Field Force team.
- This position will be the field-based expert on Tender Target, Tender Coverage, Win tender ratio and will coordinate with commercial team to maximize market access to Santen products as well as develop differentiated value proposition and the achievement of broad market access for prioritized products in tender in assigned areas.
- This person does the analyzing competitors, market situation in assigned areas periodically and make suggestions and advice to management in decisions on tender policies in line with the development situation of company.
- This person needs to be a team player, be reliable, be meticulous, be highly flexible and customer focused, with good communication and interpersonal skills having the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- This position plays very important role on National Centralize Tender and Price Negotiation process handling all tender factors: tender package (branded/generic), tender list, planned price, quota
- This person does the analyzing policies, update, timeline… at MOH level and make suggestions and advice to management in decisions on the development situation of company.
- This person has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and support from KOLs of MOH towards insight status
- Supports and implements Tender strategy to secure optimal Tender and realize the maximum commercial potential of current and future Santen products marketed in Vietnam.
- Identify the potential markets for tender listing for assigned territory/account.
- Update the SOH/Hospital tender process, implementation of new regulations related to tender policies immediately, analysis the impact of regulation to Santen business.
- Secure the tenders through direct work and/or collaborate with other teams (Field Force team, PJS team (Marketing team), Distributor, …) on developing planned price, quota and listing to ensure meeting company direction.
- Build up good relationships with KOLs, drug committee, members of hospital and service of health, social insurance to maximize tender listing results and achieve business performance
- Work to level up KOLs by increasing awareness knowledge of tender through conference and workshop, and then develop Santen's reputation in Vietnam pharmaceutical market
- Provide strategy and solution to maximize tender listing in SOH via internal training Medical Rep and providing tactic on field.
- Collaborate with AFFM to provide activities on the field in order to ensure business performance
- Developing positive relationships and reputation with key influencers and decision makers in Service of Health, social insurance to participate for tender business results in assigned areas, to facilitate bringing high value Santen products to market consistently and efficiently.
- Update and follow-up the National Centralize Tender, implementation of new regulations related to tender policies immediately, analysis the impact of regulation to Santen business.
- Update and follow-up the Price Negotiation process, implementation of new regulations related to tender policies immediately, analyses the impact of regulation to Santen business
- Developing business relationship and insight status of MOH policy
- Update/declare price to authority as alignment with Santen direction
- List product into Reimbursement list at early stage as Santen's strategy
- Bachelor's degree upward in Pharmacy/ Doctor; or Health Science Degree
- 2-year experience on Market Access & Key Account Management/Sale Management
- Knowledge Listing/Tender processes
- Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key regulatory officials
- Good negotiation ability
