- Drive and manage improvement projects related to workforce efficiency and productivity.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, identify process gaps, and propose solutions.
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure impact and document learnings.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Min 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and basic data analysis.
