Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Consult with clients to understand their immigration needs and recommend suitable visa and residency programs.
  • Present and promote immigration services, ensuring clear communication of benefits and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and market trends in Vietnam and globally.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Travel within Vietnam and occasionally internationally to meet clients and partners as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferably in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field).
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is desirable.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in immigration, education, or professional services industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Vietnam and occasionally internationally.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes or the visa industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
