- Attract, activate, develop and retain SMB sellers, ultimately increasing their sales and engagement
- Scale number of sellers who can apply digital and grow sales and Abbott strategic operation in O2O eco system
- Develop and implement growth strategies: This includes designing programs to increase seller participation, uplift them thru different tiers, improve O2O solution adoption, and boost overall revenue.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities: The manager will segment sellers into different tiers based on their strength, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to optimize seller performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This involves working with tech product, marketing, sales, and other internal, external teams to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to SMB sellers: This may involve training, resources, and personalized support to help sellers succeed on the platform that they target.
- Manage and nurture seller relationships: Building strong relationships with SMB sellers is crucial for long-term success and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: The manager needs to be aware of emerging technologies, platform agenda + algorithms, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to adapt growth strategies accordingly.
- Experienced in platform seller incubation, seller sales growth
- Experience in eCommerce, Social commerce, Digital Performance or a FMCG company
- Familiarity with Tiktokshop, Facebook shop, Shoppee, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business development, Marketing, Digital or related field
- Strong sales and business development background
- Experience in platform seller incubation
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passionate for learning and growing sellers with GT background, comfortable networking with Sales and Trade teams to gather sellers’ insights
- Strong understanding of platform mechanics, policy, social media, e-commerce, live streaming, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
