Are you passionate about e-commerce and eager to build your career in product management? Join ZALORA’s dynamic Regional Product Management team as a Junior Product Manager for Fulfillment Services. You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Platform Services with tech products/solutions, contributing to the success of ZALORA Platform Services across Southeast Asia.Key Responsibilities:

Support the management and enhancement of our tech platform that connects ZALORA and Brand Partners, ensuring efficient coordination of warehouse operations, inventory, and customer orders.
Act as a point of contact for Brand Partners regarding technology-related inquiries about warehouse operations (inbound/outbound, picking, packing).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business stakeholders, to align technical development with business needs.
Assist in defining and documenting product requirements, both technical and non-technical.
Contribute to optimizing user experience, features, and workflows across the tech platform connecting ZALORA, Brand Partners, and warehouse management systems.
Continuously learn and support tech improvements to fulfillment processes to drive business and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Understanding of e-commerce concepts; experience or coursework in warehouse management or supply chain is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is preferred.
Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Eagerness to learn and take a hands-on approach to understanding fulfillment processes and technology.
