- Data Modeling & Metrics: Develop and maintain data models for transactional, analytical, and predictive use cases. Define key business metrics and enable stakeholders to generate insights.
- Analytics & Data Products: Design analytics solutions and scalable data products for marketing, operations, and finance.
- Data Mart Management: Maintain SAS Data Mart, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
- Data Quality & Governance: Implement quality assurance, enforce governance policies, and develop metadata management systems.
- Automation & Optimization: Automate data pipelines, optimize transformations, and improve query performance.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and integrate new technologies.

- 4+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on data modeling and analytics.
- Advanced expertise in ETL/ELT pipeline design, data modeling, and metrics computation using tools like Apache Airflow, NiFi, or dbt.
- Proficiency in modern data architectures (e.g., Data Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg).
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or SingleStore.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang.
- Strong understanding of data quality monitoring, validation frameworks, and metadata management tools.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Metabase) to design actionable insights dashboards.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or healthcare domains is plus
- Familiarity with machine learning pipelines and vector databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business logic thinking.
