RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversee and manage all systems relating to healthcare claims and ensure systems meet scope, budget and schedule requirements;-.Identify and create processes that supports claims objectives; monitor and work with stakeholders to ensure the process runs smoothly and achieves the objectives;- Contribution as Subject Matter Expert in projects relating to build healthcare system and to enhance healthcare services;- Conduct process QA management to ensure claim system work as expected; Collaborate with cross departments/functions to smoothly solve all systems/processes-related issues and reach claims objectives;- Duties to support Department targets and Company objectives as and when assigned by Team leader/Line Manager.JOB SPECIFICATION:1. EDUCATION / TRAININGUniversity DegreeEnglish intermediate is preferred2. PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATIONInsurance BusinessInformation Technology is preferred3.
