- Education: Bachelors degree in data science, Business Analytics, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in data management/analytics.
- Analytical: Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Leadership: Experience in mentoring
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting data findings.
- Problem-Solving: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft, Salesforce, CRM systems, data analysis tools, and understanding of corporate hierarchies.
