Seller Incubation Asset Associate - Shopee

• Support the management of assets including visibility slots and cash revenue streams, ensuring their effective usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requesting cash assets for NSF sellers and support allocate seamless asset cross sellers to support business growth
• Drive campaign ideas, monitor efficiency to continually improve performance and push commercial growth for new sellers
• Help generate performance reports, track key metrics to enhance business results
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to facilitate the successful implementation and completion of projects
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of Shopee's products, market and functions for consulting the sellers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Good team player with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
• Efficient stakeholder management skills
• Have a good sense of workflow understanding
• Proactive initiator, passion in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
