Job Responsibilities
- Study assembly method and calculate cutting time for the new product. - Search, select, and execute to invest in machines, equipment, tooling, and sub-materials for implementing new products. - Design jigs, and execute sample products for new products. - Prepare and update QC sheets, manuals, and check sheets for the manufacturing section - Improve process for ensuring capacity and reduction of cost. - Investigate root causes, take countermeasures, and improve for reduction of defective at not only the workshop but also customer side.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree majoring in Engineering ・Gender: Any ・Age: 24 - 35 years old ・Language: English or Japanese (N3 level up), at the Conversational Level ( for internal communication with the Engineering Department in Japan) ・Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a mechanical factory on CNC programming ・Skills: - Understand CNC machines and can make CNC programing. - Able to make mechanical drawing 2D,3D by software such as: Auto CAD, NX, ProE in designing ….. - Can read and understand technical drawing. - Can make graph, analyses data, reporting.
