Human management (Engineer, Technician) on MI-WAVE-TU Process
Control in making programs for equipment (AOI, Wave Soldering, Ultrasonic Welding, Coating Machine, Pallet Washing,…)
Control spare parts, tooling, fixture on MI-WAVE-TU process
Work with related sections for resolving issues and improving yield.
Supports production in the resolution of process issues.
Supports Process Engineering with process and equipment qualifications, process evaluation, and process improvements.
Fabricates and maintains manufacturing jigs / fixtures.
Performs daily set-up of Back-of-Line equipment, wave-soldering machine, aqueous cleaner and Washing Pallet Cleaning
Performs set-up and layout of manual assembly lines
Performs routine preventive maintenance of wave soldering machine and Back-of-Line equipment.
Compiles and analyzes statistical data for critical processes.
Creates profile boards and sets up profile parameters for wave soldering machines
Has the authority to make decisions and take proper action in support of production processes quality and yield.
Any additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Skilled in using Excel, Auto Cad, Solid works, Power point
Having at least 3 year experience
Experience in Post Wave machine
Knowledge of and experience with the use of analytical and problem-solving techniques (e.g., FMEA, 8D).
Honest, careful, agile, have a high sense of responsibility with work, withstand high work pressure.
Graduated from College or Universities majoring in engineering (electronics, electronics, telecommunications, automation.)
