Job Responsibilities
・Progress Management: - Check if subcontractors are working according to the schedule in your assigned construction area. Adjust or report any delays or troubles. ・Quality & Safety Control: - Conduct safety patrols, provide safety instructions, and ensure the work adheres to company standards and regulations. ・Coordination & Communication: - Work with subcontractors such as carpenters, electricians, and equipment workers to keep the site running smoothly. Report progress and issues to Japanese supervisors. ・Team Management: - Lead about 3 subordinates (junior staff or assistant supervisors), guide and manage their work.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Language: English - Conversational Level ・Experience: - More than 5 years of experience working at a Japanese general contractor, especially in factory construction. - More than 2 years of experience as a leader or manager in site management, such as supervising construction work and coordinating with subcontractors. ・Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
