ACG_2935_JOBOur client is a top-notch company specialized in manufacturing who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Strategy and Development:Establish a competitive costing strategy and lead the implementation of thorough and efficient material costing procedures in collaboration with the Dev-Com team, internal Bottom and Shoes Costing teams, as well as external T1/T2 Bottom suppliers.General and Task Management:Oversee and deliver bottom pricing in alignment with each brand’s critical timelines and margin targets.Proactively collaborate with design, development, Dev-Com, Bottom, and Shoes Costing teams to drive a cooperative approach aimed at optimizing material costs while meeting performance objectives.Gather and analyze raw material market prices and manufacturing cost data, evaluating raw material pricing and LOP costs from T1/T2 Bottom suppliers.Examine detailed cost analyses from T1/T2 suppliers, negotiate seasonal pricing to ensure bottom costs and LOP remain competitive.Partner closely with the Bottom and Shoes Costing teams to support the company in meeting margin goals.Develop strong supplier relationships, establish performance benchmarks, identify improvement opportunities, and work collaboratively with Dev-Com and Bottom teams to enhance processes.People Management:Lead and mentor the Bottom Costing team organized by material category.Establish aligned OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for each brand, continuously review progress, and evaluate performance in collaboration with team members.Foster and sustain strong working relationships with the Shoes Costing team.RequirementsRequirements:Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or above in a related area.A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in footwear costing and/or manufacturing is preferred.All leaders are expected to embody the following leadership principles:Embrace AuthenticityFoster CollaborationDemonstrate Creativity and CommitmentTake AccountabilityStrive for Excellence and Positive ImpactProficient in both spoken and written English.Excellent skills in price negotiation.Results-driven with strong planning abilities to meet deadlines.In-depth knowledge of footwear materials and costing methodologies.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.Demonstrates a high level of integrity and ethical standards.Must possess the ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to effectively communicate with employees and/or other stakeholders.Requires proficient manual dexterity.Contact: Giau Nguyen, Nhi Le, Giang TranDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
