Adecco's client - a global electronics manufacturer is on the outlook for a Senior Production Manager role to join its world-class manufacturing facility around Ho Chi Minh city. The Senior Production Manager will oversee high-volume assembly operations within a large-scale consumer electronics manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for managing production performance, workforce efficiency, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and customer delivery requirements. The position requires strong leadership to manage thousands of operators and supervisors, drive lean manufacturing, and maintain world-class production standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of production management experience, with at least 5 years in large-scale electronics assembly.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume operations with thousands of workers.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and production systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural manufacturing environment.
  • Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.

  • Lead and manage production operations for 2,000 - 3,000 employees across multiple assembly lines.
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve performance.
  • Optimize workforce allocation, training, and employee engagement to maintain high morale and reduce turnover.
  • Monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, labor productivity) and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Production Managers, Supervisors, and Line Leaders.
  • Support customer audits, NPI (New Product Introduction), and scaling-up of new assembly lines.
  • Report directly to the Factory Director / Operations Director.
