- Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring the organization attracts top-tier talent aligned with business objectives. Promote a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and equity.
- Lead and support key projects, including functional initiatives, business expansions, and regional talent programs, ensuring effective execution and alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Establish and implement best-in-class recruitment and selection practices, delivering high-quality hiring outcomes that support diversity goals and offer outstanding candidate experiences.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across senior leadership levels - including senior managers, directors, general managers, and occasionally executive leadership - serving as a trusted advisor on talent needs.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for leadership roles and hard-to-fill positions, from intake through to offer negotiation. May engage sourcing specialists or external search partners as needed.
- Utilize cost-effective sourcing strategies, direct outreach methods, and innovative recruitment campaigns to attract high-performing candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
- Minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in an in-house talent acquisition role within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Proven experience managing or leading teams, either directly or through project-based leadership in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong background in full-cycle recruitment within healthcare or related industries, supporting roles across commercial, scientific, and corporate functions.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for senior manager and director-level roles across multiple functions, divisions, or business units.
- Expertise in developing targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and direct sourcing strategies to engage and attract passive talent.
- Experience guiding or leading teams of individual contributors or project-based resources in a matrixed environment.
- Fluent Vietnamese and advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
