This position focuses on improving production quality and stability through CP testing, process monitoring, and technical innovation. Main responsibilities include:
  • Plan and conduct CP tests with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze test results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor daily/monthly production to ensure stable operations.
  • Revise SOPs and technical standards based on operational needs.
  • Propose new equipment, materials, or methods to solve technical issues.
  • Support implementation and handover of new technologies to production teams.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Food Science or other related technology fields;
  • Proficient in English (4 skills)
  • Strong knowledge in fermentation technology, general knowledge of fermentation process for vinegar and soy sauce;
  • Strong skills in calculation, numerical analysis, and data;
  • Proactive learning attitude, effective communication, logical thinking & cooperation skill.
