Our client is one of leading players in lubricant testing solution.Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to meet business performance targets.
  • Actively engage with customers, applying product knowledge to promote the company's offerings to both existing and potential clients.
  • Foster and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer requirements and inquiries.
  • Take ownership to maximize the client experience.
  • Ensure timely and proper payment collection.
  • Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirement:
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the analytical instruments distribution industry (preferably in Material Science, Oil & Gas, or Lubricants).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to deliver compelling and effective sales and marketing presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills-including negotiation, networking, and influencing-to expand market reach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (UBS and Epicor) is an advantage.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
