And it starts with our passion for innovation.Job SummaryJob PurposeAs a Product & Price Executive in the RE tire industrial (consumer and commercial), you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive growth and awareness for tires products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, BD, Sales, and regional office, to ensure the successful of product, go-to-market strategies, and new products launches. Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising, and promotion of the company.This role will need to communicate effectively on multiple levels, by delivery strategies clearly and effectively.Responsibilities1. Product Positioning and Strategy execution:
Pricing strategies, models, tactics, and action plans.
Define product positioning/ Price analyze/Product offering and evolution of the product and the relation to the enthusiast market from the tire side.
Implements policy and strategy for Product Planning
2. Product Launch:
Plan and execute product launches.
Identify new product/application opportunities.
Create product messaging and positioning to deliver product benefits.
3. Product MKT materials:
Develop collateral such as product datasheets, brochures, and sales presentations.
Create content including product enhancements and catalogue/spec sheets.
Handle product-related content on the company website and others.
4. Sales Enablement:
Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to sell the right products.
Support to develop sales tools and materials to facilitate the sales process.
Monitor and analyse sales performance and strategies accordingly.
5. Market Analysis
Conduct market research/Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and market activities.
Data-driven for product improvements and enhancementsRequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree
At least 4-year experience in related work.
Experience in pricing/product management, or sales and marketing analytics, automotive or service industries a plus, but not required.
Familiar with international working environment.
Good written and spoken English.Others
